    用心於現在

    生活中最重要的是要學會「調心」,對什麼事情都要往好的方面看,要能善解、包容。
    我常說:「杯子不要看缺角,要看圓的部分。」但是曾有慈青問:「我把杯子打破了,怎麼辦啊?」還是可以善解的。打破了,就空了、沒了,我們可以從頭再開始;不要因為杯子碎了,讓心靈也碎了,因為物質是有「成住壞空」的。
    每件東西都有「成」的時候,還有讓我們使用時「住」的形象;但是,物質的東西總是會「壞」,壞了就會「空」。所以有東西的時候,要用愛心去疼愛它;有了毛病,要用善解的心去包容它;萬一破掉了,要心懷感恩,感恩它曾經讓我們使用,這樣就好。
    不要在事情無法挽回時,只會說後悔,不要常有這種過了之後的煩惱。
    有些人很愛鑽牛角尖,有的一直在想過去的事,心裡無法放下;有的卻一直追求未來,這樣都會損失現在啊!什麼事情都要好好的把握住現在,不要讓它出錯。
    比如講話時,萬一講錯了,就要趕快說「對不起」,然後就讓它過去;如果一直放在心裡不能消化,這樣就不對。事情還未到時,也不要妄想未來,又迷失於現在。
    過去的是雜念,不要經常放在心裡;未來的是妄想,也不要想那麼多,最重要的是此時此刻。
    人在這裡,心就要在這裡。這時候說話,心要用在說話;這時候在聽話,心就得用心聽話;這時候做事,心就用在做事,這樣就不會做錯、不會說錯、也不會聽錯。人在日常生活中,總離不開說、聽、做;假如事事都用心的話,人生就不會錯。
